Growing Cooks is all about creating fun, developing good eating habits and building wonderful memories cooking with your kids!

I love cooking, so it was only natural that I would want to share good food and get my own kids involved in the kitchen. Teaching my kids the basics of cooking enables them to create tasty, nutritious, and balanced meals without having to resort to the local fast food establishment or the freezer section for a premade meal.

It didn’t take long before cooking with my kids took on a life of it's own. My daughter started helping with dinner on a regular basis, my son and his friends were making their own pizzas, using fresh ingredients and home made dough. Those were the seeds that inspired Growing Cooks.

We are a family owned business big enough to fill your orders but small enough to still connect with our customers and make sure they have an excellent experience when doing business with us. We have an amazing customer service staff that will do what is needed to make sure our customers get their orders on time and correctly.

Today, with the increasing concern of childhood obesity I know how important it is not only to just encourage children to cook but to also to teach them. I enjoy involving my family on the weekends when I donate my time to teaching children important cooking skills at Kids Club Events at Whole Foods Markets in South FL. If the kids learn just one or two cooking skills that they can keep with them for the rest of their lives it was more than worth my time.
