It has a cloth-like feel and can be drawn on using crayon or permanent marker. Be sure to let the marker dry before touching.

The paper chef cap is 4" high, made from commercial grade heavy duty paper and ready for decorating with crayons, markers, pencils, stickers, fingerpaint and anything else that works on paper.
