Chef Hats Growing Cooks Pizza Dough Recipe Ingredients: 2 TBS Sugar, 1 Tsp Kosher Salt, 1 TBS Olive Oil, 3/4 Cup Warm Water, 2 Cups Flour, 1 Packet Active Dry Yeast (or 1 tsp of instant yeast) Directions: Mix warm water, yeast, sugar and salt in a large bowl and let sit for 5 minutes. Add flour and olive oil, mix until the dough comes together in a ball. Knead the dough on a floured cutting board for at least 10-15 minutes and shape into a ball. Sprinkle a bit of olive oil in a bowl distributing it evenly around the sides. Put your dough ball in the bowl, cover with plastic wrap and set it it a warm spot for 1-2 hours.
