Cookies Exchanges are so much fun!

Invite your friends to come enjoy an afternoon or evening of food fun and cookies! Have each guest bring enough cookies so that they will be able to give at least 6 cookies to each guest that you invite. Have them display their cookies on a festive platter and make sure they have one extra for each guest to taste at the party.

Surprise your friends and make Guacamole!

4 ripe avocados, pitted, peeled, sliced and chopped
1 tablesppon fresh cilantro
3/4 tablesppon fresh lime juice
1/4 cup chopped tomato
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Serve with warm corn torilla chips

In a medium size bowl, gently mash avacado with a fork leaving a bit chunky. Add cilantro and lime juice mashing together carefully. Stir in the remaining ingredients and serve!
