All stock items are shipped
within 2 business days, embroidered items are shipped within
7 business days. Business days are Monday thru Friday not including
holidays. Shipping is either Fed Ex Home Delivery, Fed Ex Express
Saver (3 day service), Fed Ex 2 Day, and Fed Ex Overnight. We
will provide tracking information automatically to the email
address provided with the order. Orders placed after 5PM EST
will be considered orders for the next business day. Thus orders
after 5PM on Monday will be considered orders for Tuesday. We
reserve the right to use alternate shipping methods if nessesary
and will not add undue transit time.

| Delivery
to the contigouous US is within 1-5 business days or for AK and
HI between 3-7 business days depending on how far you are from
our warehouse in Fort Lauderale, FL (South FL zipcode 33075).
Delivery days run from Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of
9am and 8 pm. The 1-5 business days do not include the 2 days
processing time for your order to ship. So most standard orders
will ship in 2 business days + the 1 - 5 business day transit
time. An order placed by 5PM EST on Monday will ship no later
than Wedneday and arrive no later than the following Wednesday.

This is Fed
Ex's 3 day service, guaranteed delivery to the contiguous US (no
service to AK, HI, or PR) by 7PM on the 3rd business day. The
3 days does not include the 2 day processing time for your order.
Thus delivery time on a new order placed before 5 PM EST will
arrive no later than 5 business days after the order was placed.
An order placed on Monday before 5PM will ship on Wednesday scheduled
to arrive the following Monday. |

Ex's 2 day service, guaranteed delivery to most places by 7PM
on the 2nd business day. The 2 days does not include the 2 day
processing time for your order. Thus delivery time on a new order
placed before 5 PM EST will arrive no later than 4 business days
after the order was placed. An order placed on Monday before 5PM
will ship on Wednesday scheduled to arriveon Friday. Delivery
areas are limited, please check
here to determine if your package will arrive in two days.

| This is Fed Ex's overnight and
our Express service combined. We will ship all overnight/express
orders via Fed Ex Overnight service by the next business day. Orders
placed on Monday will ship no later than Tuesday to arrive no later
than Wednesday. Express service is automatically added when you
choose Fed Ex Overnight service. |

| We have
recently started to ship orders outside of the US. We offer three
options for shipping: Fed Ex International Priority, Economy, and
USPS International Priority Mail. There is a $10 handling charge
added to the order for the completion of the export documents. Please
note that there have been some errors in pricing due to software
issues in the carriers' (Fed Ex and USPS) pricing tables. We will
always adjust the shipping to reflect the true charges and refund
any difference. If a charge doesn't seem correct, we can give you
a more accurate estimate via email or over the phone. Please call
