Delivery days run from Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of

processing time for non embroidered orders and 5-6 business days
for your embroidered order to ship. So most standard orders will
ship in 2 business days + the 1 - 5 business day transit time.

in South Florida can pickup their items at our showroom in Sunrise,
FL. All pickup orders will be ready within two working hours. Pickup

We
have recently started to ship orders outside of the US. We offer
four options for shipping: UPS World Wide Express, UPS World Wide
Saver, UPS Standard Ground to Canada (for Canada Only) and USPS
International Priority Mail. There is a $10 handling charge added
to the order for the completion of the export documents. Please
note that there have been some errors in pricing due to software
issues in the carriers' (Fed Ex and USPS) pricing tables. We will
always adjust the shipping to reflect the true charges and refund
any difference. If a charge doesn't seem correct, we can give
you a more accurate estimate via email or over the phone. Please
