Hi my name is Mario from Middletown DE. I ordered some products from Growingcooks.com recently and there was a miscommunication on the shipping, and when I contacted the office a gentleman named Frank assisted me in solving the problem with now hesitation. I was asked to participate in career day at my son's preschool so I was excited to do something different then the regular stand up and talk the kids ears off with boring details of my job. I searched high and low for a company that I could purchase kids size chef hats and aprons from and to my relief I came across Growingcooks.com. After browsing the site I found with ease what I was looking for at a great price, so I ordered. After a few days I was worried that my order was not going to arrive in time for the big day. When I contacted the office Frank let me know there must have been a miscommunication about the shipping times and with great pleasure he over-nighted me another order. I received the order the next day and the kids were excited beyond believe when I opened up the box and explained that they were going to be junior Chefs for the day and assist me in making pizza. Although the Teacher was excited to see all of the kids dressed in their little chef sets, when she saw the flour come out and start flying I saw a somber look on her face. After seeing how much fun the kids were having and the educational info I was giving them, the smile came back. I must say this experience of dealing with Growingcooks.com has been a pleasure and I look forward to purchasing from them again in the future, because after the great time the class had the teacher has asked me to come back for another demonstration at a later date.
